“A festival for youngsters may have to end early as councillors don’t want loud music blasting out into the night.
Organisers Rising Stars North West want the B Music and Food Festival to take place in Woodbank Park, Offerton, Stockport .
But while council bosses say they’re happy to approve it, they’re concerned about the music which will be played until the finish time of 10pm.”
